Birth Doula Support

As your birth doula, I offer continuous care through pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period, helping you stay connected to your body, your choices, and your innate strength.
Together, we’ll prepare for birth in a way that aligns with your values and unique needs. We’ll cover important topics like nutrition, movement, rest, and developing a birth plan that reflects your preferences. I provide evidence-based guidance, emotional support, and hands-on comfort techniques designed to help you and your partner feel empowered and cared for throughout the entire journey.

Unlimited phone and email support throughout your pregnancy
24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks
A batch of date treats to help soften the cervix—plus a list of creative recipe variations to make eating dates a little more exciting.
Tools to help you prepare physically and mentally for labor—including breathing, focused mindset practices, and effective labor positions
Support with comfort tools as needed (like massage, rebozo, TENS unit, or warm compresses)
Continuous support during labor and birth—whether at home, a birth center, or hospital
Help communicating with your provider so you can feel confident making informed decisions throughout your care
Guidance during early labor to help you know when to settle in, rest, or head to your birthing location
Partner guidance and advocacy
1 postpartum visit to check on you and your baby, offer additional resources, process your birth experience, and help with any basic breastfeeding questions

I offer my birth doula services on a sliding scale of $400–$800.
This range reflects where I am in my certification process and my desire to keep support more accessible to families.

Postpartum Doula Support
Bringing a new baby home is a profound transition—emotionally, physically, and practically. As your postpartum doula, I’m here to walk alongside you in those early days and weeks, offering grounded, nonjudgmental support that empowers you to care for your baby and yourself with confidence.

We can walk through your birth plan together, talk through possible interventions, explore comfort measures, or map out a postpartum plan that supports rest, recovery, and feeding goals. Think of it as a focused time to ask questions, gather evidence-based resources, and feel more prepared for what’s ahead.
